In a never-ending effort to bring shame and opprobrium to the family of Jumblatt, Walid, seen below sipping on a cup of "matteh", an Argentinian tea popular in the Levant, has not only been declared the Grand Mufti of Lebanon by Al-Qaeda, but has also become its Florence Nightingale. Having burned all bridges to Dr. Assad's government, Mr. Jumblatt is now completely out in the cold without even his favorite Israeli "yarmulke"

Yesterday, Walid Jumblatt, was reported by "Al-Akhbar", a Beirut daily, to have donned the robe of the intermediary for the Jabhat Al-Nusra wounded rodents in Al-Qusayr. According to Jumblatt, there are 400 or so wounded terrorists who desperately need evacuation via a "secure crossing". It is reported that Jumblatt first contacted people he knew in Hizbollah (I received a report that he spoke to Shaykh Na'eem Qaassem). He was told by the Hizbollah official that "the matter was in the hands of the Syrian Army and that any decision the army made would be respected by us".

Jumblatt had to contact the Syrian government where he is not particularly popular. He was able to make contact through the good offices of a friend who enjoyed excellent relations with Syria. I was told in an "unauthoritative way" that he used a member of the Syrian Social Nationalist Party. That resulted in the following response from the Syrian Ministry of Defense:

"THE ARMED MEN WHO ARE IN AL-QUSAYR KNOW WELL THE SAFE ROAD WHICH WAS USED BY CIVILIANS TO LEAVE THE CITY. HE WHO WANTS TO DEPART AL-QUSAYR CAN USE THE SELF-SAME ROUTE. OTHER THAN THAT, THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY OF NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE ARMED MEN". (Trans. Ziad Amin Abu Fadel, Esq.)

Tuesday morning, 4:30 a.m. Aleppo time, a force of over 18,000 soldiers of the SAA, Hizbollah, MI and Ba'ath Party militia converged on the northern suburbs which have been in a state of paralysis thanks to rodents who patrolled the area and sniped at citizens. ON JUNE 3, 2013, SYRIAN PERSPECTIVE PREDICTED THE FALL OF AL-QUSAYR TO THE SYRIAN ARMY WITHIN FOUR DAYS. WHO PREDICTED CORRECTLY? SYRIAN PERSPECTIVE, THAT'S WHO. STICK WITH US PEOPLE AND YE SHALL KNOW THE TRUTH AND THE TRUTH SHALL SET SYRIA FREE.

What we could not publish on June 3, 2013 was the completion of the elaborate plan for the liberation of Al-Qusayr. Hizbollah's presence could no longer be concealed after Shaykh Hassan Nasrallah revealed that fact in a speech before the eyes and ears of the world. But, just as important, was the presence of thousands of militia fighters from Ba'ath Party Al-Shabeeba units, National Defense Forces and People's Army (who stepped into every square foot of territory cleaned up by the SAA Special Forces in order to secure it), our infantry and the superbly trained Hizbollah commandos.

On June 3, 2013, the rat army consisted of mostly fighters from Jabhat Al-Nusra with some die-hard elements of the Fake Syrian Army. Their numbers were over 5,000. Many FSA had already either surrendered en masse (as we reported, 800 on one day) or had managed to sneak out in small numbers in the area of Dhab'ah. But that escape route was completely closed on June 3. It was here that the disgraced Lebanese Druze leader, Walid Jumblatt, stepped in to further sully the reputation of his family and the Progressive Socialist Party he leads by donning the mantle of the mediator in an effort to save the bacon of the doomed rodents trapped inside the northern quarter of the city. (Read yesterday's report about Jumblatt's treason). He claimed that he was trying only to save the 400 wounded rats inside. The Syrian High Command rejected his reasoning and his efforts.

On Wednesday, MI intercepted communications between a rat leader by the name of "Qaassem" and another in Lebanon who spoke broken Arabic. The MI could have suppressed the contacts but allowed the two to conduct a tete a tete to learn about their mental state. According to our sources in Homs, (Wael is also in Homs now), the rat in Al-Qusayr described his situation as "dire" (يرثى له) and that FSA spotters had seen a huge massing of artillery to the north which consisted of at least 30 Katyusha missile batteries and over 250 tanks poised as fixed artillery. Syrian bombers were also softening up the area intermittently. It was clear that Al-Qusayr was going to be given the Dresden treatment. Without water, medicine, food, hygiene, ammunition or morale, "Qaassem" asked whether his rats could surrender. He was told to go ahead.

Yesterday, June 4, 2013 at 3:45 a.m., Damascus time, after confirming the low morale of the rats inside the city, and after having determined that even the most tenacious Al-Qaeda zealots were in a compromised state, General 'Ali Abdallah Ayoub, Chief of the Syrian General Staff, gave the field commander in the city carte blanche to start OPERATION PIED PIPER OF HAMELIN.

We can confirm that the SAA and Hizbollah swooped down this morning and enveloped the entire northern quarter in a stunning and brilliant demonstration of how planning, training and execution come together in a sinew-breaking act of will. The number of FSA rodents who surrendered was 287. Jabhat Al-Nusra freaks were in the area of 1,500. Yesterday, many FSA rodents left the city via Al-Qusayr-Al-Ziraa'ah Road in the direction of Hermel in the Lebanon. Deserters were arrested but the majority were permitted to leave.

FSA LEFT AL-QUSAYR WITHOUT ANY WEAPONS. SYRIAN HIGH COMMAND WOULD NOT AGREE TO ANY EVACUATION IF WEAPONS WERE TO BE CARRIED. FSA AND J.N. SABRA: I called him this morning and told him he was a limp-wristed, addle-brained, twaddle-thumbed, doofus-duffed, quack-quacked, boozing-snoozing, dipsomaniacal dunderhead. That's what I told him. I told him he was fired, too!!

MNS: How did he respond?

SABRA: He didn't. Some Englishman got on the phone and told me to "piss off"!

MNS: Have you discussed this with Ghassan Shitto of the National Coalition of Syrian Revolution and something or another? The NACOSROF?

SYRIAN ARMY uncovered a COMMAND-AND-CONTROL Center in northern Al-Qusayr. The center, located in a home, was festooned with every kind of remote-controlled IED imaginable. It was not meant to be discovered. It was meant to be destroyed along with any SAA or allied force. AMERICAN MARINES IN JORDAN ARE TOO LIMITED TO ACCOMPLISH ANY RATIONAL GOAL

Souri Homsi was concerned about reports that the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) was taking up positions on Jordan's northern border with Syria. There is supposedly some news blackout about the deployment although everybody seems to know about it. Which is exactly what the problem is. In any case, it is a force of about 1,000 marines with highly specialized capabilities in anti-chemical weapons operations and desert combat. A Pentagon spokesman said the deployment has nothing to do with the impending joint military maneuvers in Jordan with another 18 nations. We at SyrPer think it's all a canard - a red herring, really, designed to demonstrate to Arabian rodents that the U.S. is doing something. Otherwise, militarily, it is a force which is far too small to accomplish anything. Syria's WMDs are not even close to the southern border with Jordan.

ALEPPO: OPERATION NORTHERN TEMPEST

It started four days ago as we told you and it's in full swing. Syrian state media claim that it started at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, Damascus time. Our relatives in Aleppo tell us by telephone that they can hear "massive" artillery bombing to the north. We have actual reports from Wael that over 250 T-72 battle tanks are massed near Hanano along with hundreds of T-62s as fixed artillery. The number of soldiers in combat mode are over 18,000 which means that the force now looking at the trapped rats is in excess of 55,000. We have confirmed the presence of the 4th mechanized armored division commanded by Maj. Gen. Maher Al-Assad along with over 10 regiments of Hizbollah fighters and hundreds of militiamen from Ba'ath Youth Organizations (Al-Shabeeba) and the NDF. Syrian Perspective predicts that thousands of rats will be exterminated as the army pulverizes their positions. This is what the people of Aleppo want. That is a fact.

To the northeast of Hanano is the Industrial Zone which has been looted and destroyed by Turk-supported rodents. As we write, a pitched battle is being fought over this zone which gives unfettered access to the northern quarters of Aleppo where the scourge of NATO plague-rodents is mostly concentrated. My wife's nephews watched their factory in the Industrial Zone occupied and robbed by these great heroes of the so-called "revolution". The reports coming from Aleppo are very encouraging. The rats cannot survive the firepower and professionalism of this great Syrian army and its allies.

There is a news blackout in Aleppo except for SyrPer. We are getting reports of large-scale artillery and missile barrages on the areas of 'Andaan, Al-Saakhoor and Hanaano. It appears the strategy is to force the rats southward into areas controlled by SAA and militia. Wael reports that the rodent mercenaries are taking direct hits and losing hundreds every day. Their actual number might have been close to 10,000 in both northern Aleppo and the countryside. ALEPPO:

The Syrian army is continuing to whittle away at rodent defenses in 'Andaan while preparing tanks for new armor-piercing weapons being deployed by the American-supported terrorists in northern Syria. It is no secret that the Konkurs anti-tank weapon is now in the hands of the mercenaries. Evidence points to Saudi Arabian apes as the prime source for this new weapon. CIA cannot be excluded as the enabler given congenital Saudi laziness and ineptitude.

The SAA is already adjusting for the Konkurs by deploying "floating" units of militia and NDF whose role is to spot "operators" and kill them. The weapon is well-known to the SAA so there is no high value in seizing it. SAA possesses hundreds of Konkurs acquired from Russia for use against Zionist armor on the Golan with large numbers already forwarded to Hizbollah in South Lebanon.

The Konkurs, like its predecessor "Sagger" demands of its operator nerves of steel. During the 1973 October War, both Egyptian and Syrian infantrymen shocked "Israeli" tank commanders by destroying hundreds of tanks with "wire-guided" anti-armor weapons. The only glitch is that the operator must remain at the control and guide the missile through manipulation of wires emanating from the missiles tail. A well-trained tank gunner can spot a Konkurs launcher and blow it away before the enemy can get a missile off the launch pad.

SyrPer has been informed that Russia is now providing the SAA with more "armor padding" to equip divisions outside the 4th Mechanized Armored and Republican Guard. This is a major game-changer for which the rodents cannot compensate.

The Konkurs is also useful as anti-helicopter or against any slow, low-flying aircraft. It weighs about 25 kilograms and can have night vision components. The ones deployed by the terrorists now (other than those they may have captured in Syrian bases) are reported to be both Bulgarian and Slovakian in origin. Rodents will have to give up mobility to use this weapon. It is not easy to carry at all and requires the operator to crouch or lie down and hope the T-72 tank he is targeting doesn't turn its turret around to vaporize him.
