"Ladies and gentlemen, this case, so built around circumstantial evidence is really about the concept of reasonable doubt.  Because, you see, as you will soon find out, the victim in this case, Mrs. Dribble, is going to walk through that door in 10 minutes and you will know Mr. Dribble is innocent."

A hush settled over the crowded courtroom as the attorney continued to speak with everyone's eyes constantly glancing toward the door between the jury and the audience.  As time passed toward the 10-minute deadline, people began to shuffle in their chairs and wipe their brows.  But the attorney continued to speak until it was past the 10 minutes.  But, Mrs. Dribble, the alleged victim, did not enter as he promised.

He continued:  "You see, members of the jury, you must have reasonable doubt or you would not have been looking repeatedly at the door.  Your own sense of doubt made you have an expectation of innocence. You must find my client not guilty of the charge of first degree murder."  With that, he closed and thanked the panel.  

The judge gave the jury their instructions and the bailiff led them to the jury room to deliberate on the guilt or innocence of Mr. Dribble.  It took them only 10 minutes and they indicated they had a verdict.

The defense was very sure they would be returning a "not guilty" verdict and he could barely contain his sense of self-assuredness.  He smiled at his client with a warmth that exuded comfort and success.

    

The jury foreman was asked to return the verdict form to the court's bailiff to be read out loud:

"We the jury find the defendant, Gunther Dribble, guilty of the crime of murder in the first degree."

The defense attorney was devastated and demanded to poll every juror.  But, as he started with the jury foreman, he did not have to go very far.  "Mr. foreman, you, yourself, had your eyes constantly moving toward the door.  You must have had reasonable doubt."

The jury foreman smiled cattily at the defense attorney:  "Yes. That's true, counsel", he responded."but what we noticed also was that your client was the only person in the entire courtroom who never looked at the door."

This theory is being taken seriously and there are suspects.  Another explanation is that the soldiers ran out of ammunition.  If this is the case, then it is inexcusable and the high command must answer some very tough and searing questions.  The army itself is afire with rage over this barbaric act committed by Obama, Saudi apes and NATO's war criminals.  Some Syrian and Iranian news sources attribute the arrogance of Obama's cannibals to new weapons received by them through Erdoghan's Islamist war criminal government.  No evidence has been adduced yet to prove that.

Central Prison area north of the city:  There has got to be some rhyme or reason to the terrorist infatuation with this jail.  As we informed you some months ago, Wael has confirmed that all prisoners linked to the FSA and J.N. were transferred to jails around Damascus.  There is no real purpose in attackingthis spot other than to reinforce the idea of "instant martyrdom".  Yesterday and the day before, the SAA and militia killed 26 rats trying to infiltrate the area south of the prison at the Ba'eedeen Roundabout near the steel factory, Al-Sayf Factory, Glass factory, the Plaka Restaurant and Khawlandi fuel station.  There was also fighting around the areas of the Heelaan Farms and Tallat Al-Madhaafa in the prison's environs.  It is reported that 6 snipers were also killed here with a 23mm machine gun and lots of ammo seized for use by our militias.  

 

Kuwayris:  East of Aleppo near the military airbase,   a missile launch pad, mortars and ammo were seized.

Al-Castillo:  A van loaded with weapons was stopped and destroyed.  The two terrorists killed in the incident were foreigners.  No details.

Al-Kindi Hospital Repair Garage:  SAA stopped several rats from trying to enter the facility.  No details.

HOMS:  There can be no doubt any longer that the enemy presence in Homs has been reduced to some die-hard Salafists who are mostly foreign.  The Salafists, as I understand it, cannot expect any benefit from Dr. Assad's Amnesty Program.  You have to be Syrian for that.  But, it's mostly clean-up now with the rats completely unable to mount any serious offensive.  The traditional resupply routes through Al-Qusayr and Tal-Kalakh have been all but stopped up by very well-trained and experienced border patrol, militia and NDF.

The Syrian news services are keeping mum about a stunning military defeat inflicted on the Jabhat Al-Nusra franchise, THE EAST GHOUTA BRIGADES, which began on July 28, 2013 and ended on July 30, 2013. 

We have not received any explanation why Syrian state radio, t.v. and all prominent papers have not broadcast this major victory for the SAA and SAF.  Here are the details:

On July 28, 2013, a decision was taken by Jabhat Al-Nusra to resupply its starving cadres with flour as news of defections were becoming all too frequent.  Rodents did not expect to starve or die from malnutrition as a result of fighting for "democracy", "freedom", "casual beheadings" and "the Zombie Caliphate".  The SAA had successfully interdicted all efforts to bring in supplies of food to the J.N. since the fall of Al-'Utayba.  With no realistic ability to bring in large quantities of food from Jordan,  J.N. rat-commanders were heard by MI on non-secure lines organizing a "major assault" on the granaries at Al-Ghazlaaniyya.  The assembled a force of 1,100 rodents, all of whom were committed barbarians for Jabhat Al-Nusra and NATO.

The area of Al-Ghazlaaniyya was claimed by Jabhat Al-Nusra to have been taken over by their forces.  But, that was false.  The J.N. regularly reports to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights in England that it has conquered territory only when it has snuck in to establish a tentative salient.  The "conquest" is subsequently trumpeted as a major military gain by the "rebels".  

The fact was that the only granary capable of satisfying the desperate need for food was at Al-Ghazlaaniyya.  It was protected by a small security details which quickly abandoned its position after seeing the size of the rat army coming at it.  Once inside, the rats began to plunder every grain of wheat they could find.  What they did not know was that the Republican Guard had dispatched four infantry regiments and an entire pod of T-72 tanks with mobile artillery.  In addition to this, the operation was coordinated with Lt. Gen. 'Issaam Hallaq, Chief of the Syrian Air Force.  At approximately 2:15 a.m. on July 29, 2013,  artillery opened fire on the rodents.  They were also surrounded as floating units of militia took positions to the east of the town.

 
It is estimated that over 400 terrorists were killed during the initial artillery barrage that was followed by infantry assault on the perimeter of the grain mills.  SAA snipers had a field day as positions opened up on silos where they could shoot from high ground.  

At 6:50 a.m. of that same morning, after the sun had risen, Sukhoi 24 and MiG25RBs savaged the disorganized rodents with volleys of precision air-to-ground missiles.  But, later, as Monzer says, a Hind helicopter dropped a "Syrian Bunker Buster", a 500lb barrel of TNT on a concentration of rats hiding in rapidly dug trenches to the northeast of the granaries.  It was pure devastation.  So sad, really.

The battle eventually continued until July 30, 2013 when the last identifiable rat movement was snuffed out. So far, the toll is 967 carcasses!  There are many foreign apes among the dead.  Here are names which have arrived at Monzer's desk in Al-Mazzah, as of yesterday, in Damascus:

This is a good picture of the airbase with the village of Mennagh to the right.  The SAF could render every runway useless by dropping some bombs on them.  

SyrPer has learned that the effort to assault and occupy the Mennagh Airbase in Aleppo Province has failed except as to the south side where the command and control center is found .  The SAA is in control but is fighting a pitched battle.  Reports of SAA deficiency in ammunition are false and are meant to ratchet up the collapsing morale of Obama's Salafist rodents.  We have also been informed that no aircraft uses the base and that no arsenals are to be found there other than the one directly employed by the SAA for its defenders.  Wael estimates that the SAA's 300-400 defenders are well-equipped and will only be withdrawn if the base's value does not exceed the lives of the defending troops.       

Wael also reports that a section of the airbase around the control-center was subjected to a massive suicide bombing from an armored vehicle provided by the British.  The drivers of the vehicle were determined to be non-Syrian by monitored communications.  The estimated amount of explosives used by these suicide bombers was over 1000 pounds of military-grade TNT.  But that is tentative.  Our army continues to fight off the rodents as of 8:30 a.m. EDT or 4:30 Damascus time.  Wael says that witnesses have seen Syrian fighter jets over the base but details are not available.

The war crimes of David Cameron have not been brought to light sufficiently even as he defies the will of the British public and his own Parliament to not arm the Islamist militants.

My wife's family in Latakia and the mountains to the north of the provincial capital contributed to this report.  Wael, is in Al-Haffa, equidistant between Latakia and my wife's ancestral (and untouched) town of Slinfeh.

He and our relatives tell us the following:

The family left Slinfeh yesterday after hearing reports that rat terrorists once positioned around Salmaa in the Jabal Al-Akraad, had left the town and were skulking around the mountainous countryside of northern Latakia Province.  My wife's niece reports that no fighting was even heard around Slinfeh but the family decided to go back to the coast because of the danger of brigandage.

(New York, Mercury News Service) Joining notorious professional liars and fellow nominees for the SyrPer 2013 LIAR OF THE YEAR AWARD,  Navi Pillay and Rami Abdul-Rahmaan,  Judy Woodruff, who aspired to be the Betty Grable of the Dust Belt,  started out her adult life as Miss Augusta Junior Beauty Queen of Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1963.  Extremely sensitive to cruel remarks about her "Okie from Muskogee" style, she exploited a gift she did not know she had until she met her "Svengali",  Roberto Cagliostro, who had just finished another stint in the New York penal system for embezzlement, false pretenses and "outright falsehood".  He had also been recently excommunicated from the Catholic Church after being found seducing an altar boy fondly nicknamed "Liberace".  Cagliostro insisted on his innocence at his jury trial in 1964 declaring: "I thought he was a 12 year old girl".  Unable to sway the jury with that defense, he succeeded in garnering the attentions of Judy Woodruff,  who fell in love with him.  During visiting hours in Attica, New York, Judy was taught how to tell a thousand lies and put on a "sheepish face" all at the same time.

That sheepish face is now known to everyone as patented Judy Woodruff.  Called the "Dachshund Droop", the "Sheepdog's Pshaww" and the "Spinster's Spiel",  it's put on whenever Judy is lying about the news.  It is always deployed when news comes in of Syrian rebel defeat.  She uses it to deflect news that Bashar Al-Assad is popular.  She always displays it when she learns that a "high profile Syrian defector" has turned out to be a notorious animal fornicator, a fecal fetishist or gypsy impersonator.

             

Judy's expression after having been told that the "Decapitation Brigades" were defeated by the Syrian Army at Daarayyaa.  

Judy has worked for most every news outlet capable of utilizing her curious combination of "old hag venerablity" and "penchant for lying".  Just recently, Judy and Deborah Amos, another reporter known to be a member of the "Lies Doucet School of Journalism", held a typical Public Balderdash Service (PBS) talkathon about just how bad the Syrian government is:

JUDY:  Is he really that bad?
AMOS:  Oh, he is so sick. (tee hee hee)
JUDY:  My, when are those Islamist heroes going to finally take over?
AMOS:  When our president decides to give them gas masks so they can use the Sarin gas we've sent them. (tee hee hee)
JUDY:  Well, let's see if Obama has the inner strength to do that.

Madame Woodruff became anchorwoman for the Public Balderdash Service in 2007 after she had stints with CNN and NBC where she learned the "art of misstating everything, repackaging lies, concealing the obvious, stuffing stories and putting on a long face to kite hatred."  Before that, she had her own niche at PBS, "Frontline", and was the Washington Correspondent for the MacNeil/Lehrer News Hour.  She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and holds a degree in PolySci from Duke University, Richard Nixon's old alma mater.    


Judy is not watched by many people.  Her very obvious biases are constantly marketed as "incisive" and "penetrating".  Unfortunately, most people have figured out that she is a "bigoted old bag" who expects a big check from Saudi Arabia any day now.  Her incisiveness is best demonstrated by the way sheincisively conceals facts.  Her penetrating qualities are, really,  mostly the way she looks at the monitor, with a hound's sad eyes,  whenever she must report that terrorists have failed to blow up an apartment complex in Damascus with Christian children in it.

One of Judy's most enduring contributions to American culture is the immortal tongue-twister:

"How much bluff can a Woodruff puff if a Woodruff could puff bluff?"

Judy's lying has become almost pathological.  It is for that reason that the Board of Governors of the Syrian Perspective Group and the Mercury News Media Corporation have nominated her as LIAR OF THE YEAR.  Good luck Judy on a job well done.

Our reader in Athens (I'm going to call him Dimitri after our cousin in Cyprus) picked it up and we knew about it only this morning from a fax received from Radhwan in Beirut.  Monzer has sent an e-mail detailing some of the facts and I will share them with you shortly.

They were on their way to 'Adraa in order to relieve fellow rodents whose very existence was threatened by a major SAA advance over the last 6 days.  With Al-'Utayba now history and their Der'ah Front collapsing into utter disaster, commanders of the Jabhat Al-Nusra, taking orders from Saudi Arabian Super-Ape and renowned Master-of-Disaster, "Prince" Bandar Bin Sultan of Saudi Scarabia,  put together a force of about 350 rats and rode in a caravan out of Northern Jordan in the deep darkness of late Ramadhaan.  

Radhwaan writes credibly that the SAA's ambush had to have been set up because of prior intelligence alerts.  He does not know if "friendly" SatInt played a role, as it did when Chinese government agents disclosed a huge military shipment paid for by Bandar Bin Sultan that was loaded on to a caravan of trucks with its destination in Syria.  As we reported, the entire convoy was reduced to burning metal after Syria's air force strafed it with pitiless accuracy.  Yet, as Radhwaan writes, there was a "heads-up" that led to a perfectly planned and executed ambush by SAA Special Forces backed by light artillery and Hind helicopter gunships.  

Monzer says that the rats had stopped to sleep just before daybreak and were caught with their pants down, so to speak.  We won't know for sure until details start popping up.  

There is no question that the rodents belonged to several groups affiliated with the Al-Qaeda franchise, Jabhat Al-Nusra.  All sources also confirm that they were armed with Zionist-manufactured weapons purchased recently by Bandar Bin Sultan from the Zionist Abomination in a well-publicized deal that stunned some readers.  Uzi sub-machine guns, PKC machine guns, RPGs, gas masks and Zionist grenades were found aplenty among the carcasses strewn about the Ghouta countryside.     

Note the gas mask and cigarettes.  Do you think many rats smoked cigarettes which forced some of their fellow rodents to seek protection from second-hand smoke?  Mmmmm. 

SYRIAN SECURITY SERVICES PERMIT DISCLOSURE OF MAJOR ARREST IN THE ASSASSINATION OF SHAYKH MUHAMMAD SA'EED AL-BOUTY; CONFESSIONS TO BE AIRED ON TELEVISION SOON

Monzer and all news sources have confirmed that over 2 months ago, Syrian Security arrested the "Ameer of Al-Nusra" in Damascus and 2 of his deputies in a well-plannedoperation after weeks of monitoring and surveillance of the suspects.  They have confessed  to the March 22, 2013 assassination and, according to Prime Minister Waa'el Al-Halqi, who was himself a target of their murderous plans in April of this year, their confessions will be aired publicly on Syrian state television.  They are also responsible for the attempted assassination of Maj. Gen. Muhammad Ibraaheem Al-Sha'aar, in December of 2012.  Gen. Al-Sha'aar is Syria's very competent Minister of the Interior who is also in charge of 3 separate security agencies.  We look forward to the big show and the execution of the rats.

DOOREEN:  This town is in my wife's area of Slinfeh way up in the mountains.  This is a largely Alawi and Christian area.  Any terrorist rodent who comes in here can expect no quarter.  The NDF and militia are here in large numbers, so, any pack of rats will be confronted immediately.  What is interesting in the Latakia Northern Theater is the large number of foreign Takreeris fighting. It is as though Erdoghan, Robert Ford and Bandar Bin Sultan of Scarabia are aiming to commit genocide against an identifiable ethnic or religious group.  The war crimes evidence is mounting to the ceiling.

The rats picked a very poor place to pick a fight.  Although several in the unit appear to be from the coastal area, the majority are foreigners who rely on their litter-mates' knowledge of the territory.  What they were thinking as they moved into areas where they could not be helped is puzzling.

The group, calling itself the "Dir' Al-Jabal Brigade", (Shield of the Mountain) announced its departure from the rat fold two days ago in a video aired on many web sites.  There is a call for prosecuting commanders in the FSA for torturing and  abusing innocent Syrian civilians.  Others have speculated that the FSA's "tight" connection to Zionist intelligence and Jabhat Al-Nusra is the real reason behind the defection.  Some of the brigades involved were those of "Ma'azzaat, Tahreer, Kafr Nijim, Dayr Al-Saraatem, Dayr Al-Ma'rra, Kafr Laataa and Sariyyat Al-Nahla".   

Jisr Al-Shughoor:  This bigoted town in the center of the Ghaab is being cleaned up as we write.  SAA sappers have dismantled over 100 IEDs and untold numbers of land mines which the rats planted without regard to the movement of civilians.  These roads around Jisr Al-Shughor are now clear and safe.

In a police actiion outside the city just east of Halloodh, SAA intercepted a moving pack of bearded rodents and killed them all as they tried to take the Ghaab-Homs road south.  No luck.

Ma'arrat Al-Nu'maan:  It is clear that rat leaders find no purpose in continuing to fight for this devastated town that is the birthplace of my hero, Abu Al-'Alaa' Al-Ma'arri, the writer who inspired Dante Alighieri's "The Divine Comedy".  SAA units attacked rats inside from the east yesterday.  I have no details other than a short sentence regarding the SAA destroying a nest of rodents there.
